Vaping CBD Flower

Just like weed, CBD Flower can be vaped – all you need is a good old grinder and a dry herb vaporizer.

Step 1: Dry a bud or two from your CBD flower

Step 2: Fill up the tank of your vaporizer

Step 3: Heat up and hit it!

Tips: Once you’re done, save the vape buds for later use.

Smoking CBD Flower

If you can vape, you can smoke it. If your rolling skills are a bit rusty, feel free to use a pipe or a bong as a substitute to smoke, like this one:

Infuse it

You can infuse CBD Flower to create your own CBD creams and topicals. If you’re new to this, you can start by getting a DIY topicals kit, like the one here.

Cook with it

CBD cooking in food and drinks has become popular these days. But, you also use the flower to make your own CBD edibles. Start by infusing CBD butter, which can be used in a variety of recipes – check them out!

Step 1: CBD flower needs to be heated to “activate” or release the CBD – you cannot consume raw.

Tip: You can reuse the vaped CBD flower in this process.

Step 2: Melt butter or oil with the CBD flower and cook on low heat for about 4 hours, using a double boiler (or a heat-resistant bowl on top of a pot).

Step 3: Cool butter slightly and pour into a container to store. CBD butter can be refrigerated for up to a few weeks.
